सिडनी। भारतीय सांस्कृतिक और आध्यात्मिक परंपराओं को जीवंत रखते हुए, सिडनी में पहली बार वृंदावन चंद्रोदय मंदिर (Vrindavan Chandrodya Mandir - VCM) के तत्वावधान में श्री राम नवमी का भव्य आयोजन द रीजेंसी, ऑबर्न (The Regency, Auburn) के ऑडिटोरियम में किया गया। यह संपूर्ण कार्यक्रम सिडनी के उदार नागरिकों के सहयोग से आयोजित हुआ, जिसमें लगभग 100 श्रद्धालुओं ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया।
कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ भजन के साथ हुआ, जिससे पूरे वातावरण में भक्ति का संचार हो गया। इसके बाद बच्चों द्वारा रामायण पर आधारित सुंदर नृत्य प्रस्तुतियां दी गईं, जिन्होंने उपस्थित जनों का मन मोह लिया। साथ ही एक कलाकार द्वारा प्रस्तुत कथक नृत्य ने कार्यक्रम की शोभा को और बढ़ाया।
इस अवसर पर वृंदावन से पधारे युधिष्ठिर कृष्ण दास (Yudhisthira Krishna Dass) ने एक संक्षिप्त आध्यात्मिक प्रवचन दिया, जिसमें भगवान श्रीराम के आदर्शों और उनके जीवन के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला गया। इसके पश्चात इस्कॉन बैंगलोर द्वारा निर्मित ‘नाम रामायण’ का वीडियो प्रदर्शित किया गया, जिसे सभी ने श्रद्धा भाव से देखा।
कार्यक्रम का समापन भगवान श्रीराम की आरती के साथ हुआ, जिसके बाद सभी उपस्थित श्रद्धालुओं को प्रसाद स्वरूप भोजन (डिनर प्रसादम) वितरित किया गया।
कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित लोगों ने आयोजन की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि सिडनी में इस प्रकार के आध्यात्मिक और सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों का नियमित आयोजन होना चाहिए। इस अवसर पर अक्षय पात्र और वीसीएम परियोजना के बारे में भी जानकारी दी गई। साथ ही सिडनी में ‘WFM’ सेवा शुरू करने की योजनाओं से भी लोगों को अवगत कराया गया।
यह आयोजन न केवल धार्मिक आस्था का प्रतीक बना, बल्कि सिडनी में भारतीय समुदाय को एकजुट करने का भी सफल प्रयास सिद्ध हुआ।
Grand Sri Rama Navami Celebration Held in Sydney for the First Time, Devotees Show Great Enthusiasm
Sydney: Keeping Indian cultural and spiritual traditions alive, a grand Sri Rama Navami celebration was आयोजित for the first time in Sydney under the auspices of Vrindavan Chandrodya Mandir (VCM). The event was held at the auditorium of The Regency, Auburn and was fully sponsored by the generous members of the Sydney community. Around 100 devotees attended the program with great enthusiasm.
The program commenced with devotional bhajans, creating a spiritually uplifting atmosphere. This was followed by beautiful dance performances by children based on the Ramayana, which captivated the audience. A Kathak performance by an artist further enhanced the charm of the event.
On this occasion, priest Yudhisthira Krishna Dass from Vrindavan delivered a short spiritual discourse, highlighting the ideals and significance of Lord Sri Rama’s life. This was followed by the screening of the “Nama Ramayana” video produced by ISKCON Bangalore, which was received with deep devotion by all present.
The program concluded with the Aarti of Lord Ramachandra, after which dinner prasadam was served to all attendees.
Participants appreciated the event and expressed that more such spiritual and cultural programs should be organized regularly in Sydney. Information about The Akshaya Patra Foundation and the VCM project was also shared. Additionally, attendees were informed about plans to start WFM services in Sydney.
The event not only reflected deep religious devotion but also proved to be a successful effort in bringing together the Indian community in Sydney.
